Achievements didn't count

I sent an email to support since this was a personal case rather than a general one, as in, I don't think it has hit anybody else recently, but they told me to write in here as well, so...

So, I was checking my achievements and never noticed that the game didn't recognize my achievements properly. As you can tell in the screenshots, I have both a Nightblade and a Sorcerer in level 50 (for some years now) and the funny thing is that it counted for my Dragon Knight, but she was my 4th character to become 50!

Have you logged in on those characters?

The game awards credit for account-wide achievements to the first qualifying character you log in with, so credit went to the first level 50 DK you logged in with after the achievement went live. The game doesn’t have any way of checking, crediting, or displaying your achievements from character select alone, so it will not recognize your other characters for that purpose until you log in with them. It will also not retroactively change the DK achievement now that it’s been awarded, since your fourth DK was the first the game was able to recognize as having hit level 50. Now when you log in with the other DKs, the game will see the achievement has already been awarded, and it will stay the way it is.

I logged on them yesterday and they counted.

My main char is actually the templar.
