How to Cook a game

1. Dont Ban Bots from starting zones, leave then there destroying the game economy for around 10years++
2. Dont let players drop farming items into Paid DLC zones only on free zones that are overran by bots
3. Block gift store as a solution to a problem we dont expose to players
4. Abandon PvP with the same content since release and give em new sets thinking thats all they need
5. Dont listen to players feedback, just punish everything and everyone that moves around instead claming ''we know whats better for our players''

I love ESO, but tbh its getting sad, no new weapons, no crossplay (i play on all 3 platforms before any comment), no Ban Bots solutions so far, No PvP Content, PvE Repeated Content
i mean whats going on guys ?
we all been telling you, the feedback but its getting like an unfixable relationship were the feedback is getting ignored all over and over and in some lives we get people saying ''herp derp if u dont like what we doing just quit"
did anyone ever studied how marketing, feedback and etc works?
like i said, i love ESO, alot i made so many friends on all 3 platforms on ESO since i started and it makes me depressed to watch whats going on with the game
at this point idc if this post will be block, deleted or whatever. as i expressed myself.
unbelievable

    1. I have only ever seen bots three times in this game, and none of them were in the starting area.
    2.Again, not overrun by bots.
    3. There are probably many legal reasons why they cannot, overall this is a good thing at the moment, i don't exactly want people to get scammed. And hopefully from a previous statement by kevin, they are making a better feature for the future.
    4. Yeah, that is right, pvp is pretty much dead, but PVP is a niche anyway so i understand why they priotirtise PVE content as that is the majority of the player base, especially since it's a Elder Scrolls game, alot of people don't care for PVP, they simply care for the story content.
    5. They listen to feedback.

I've been playing since June 8th, 2015. Bots have been in the game for almost as long. I see them every single day. Don't believe me? Watch this video. I go through some of the zones toward the end of the video to show what's going on.

    Consider yourself lucky.

All six megaservers have had bots on them in quantity. I was on PS4 for about 3 months earlier this year, after a couple years off that platform, and yes, bots where there. I play on XBox, and yes, bots are there, too. On PC, I had an entire account with trash characters stationed around Tamriel and all I did with those characters was identify bots. There was a period of time where, I could log into the character and find a bot at that character's stationed position within a matter of seconds. Many of them were bots I had previously reported that were still running.

I have seen and reported so many bots that I know their routes. In the zones I used to prowl looking for bots, know where they are going and can run ahead and wait for them. I know some of the routes so well that I can just simply pass one in the game and see that they are on a bot route.

The good news is that bots on PC are harder to find these days.

lol@ no bots. The old timers will remember how bad it was back in 2014 bots were so common it was close to impossible to even farm one node. I remember finding a transition area between two real zones that had nodes in it and I parked a character there for weeks as there were like 6 nodes there and I could actually do a tiny amount of farming. Things are a lot better than they were back then but the bots are still here along with a huge amount of Chinese gold sellers spamming the zones.

This right here is the number 1 reason 8 people I have got to play ESO with me over the years don't stay. Everything cool is in the cash shop and the game just isn't rewarding enough compared to other MMO's that offer mounts/cosmetics etc rewards for you to work towards.

    No bots in starter zones…

That right there is the most astonishing, unexpected comment I’ve ever read in these forums.

I struggle to imagine how this was formulated.

I wonder why despite the introduction of a new class thay are still bleeding players.
Usually when a game introduce a new big thing you would see a return of many players.

    1. Never seen or never wanted to see? There is a big difference.
    2. no comments.
    3. If we are considering "we want even more money" as legal therefore no objections. Although ZoS never stated a lie before, right?
    4. PVP is niche you are right, but it used to have a big playerbase. Why do you think it's even more niche mowadays? I have an answer. Because ZoS abandoned pvp, players couldn't play the same for 6 years and started to leave the game.
You are mistaken. ZoS didn't prioritize PvE content, they only prioritize Crown Store content. That's why we have a terrible lackluster of the ingame rewards.
    5. They never listened to feedback. The last very LOUD example is u35.

Yeah and I aint seen America, So clearly America isn't real.

Nevermind the thousands of posts and reports from players about Bot Swarms, mostly on consoles, but you can def find them on PC too.

The game was originally supposed to be PvP focused, Lol.
Of course there's not many interested in it anymore after ZoS has messed it up countless times, aswell as not adding content to it for five years.
    Nevermind their performance issues.

Who's feedback do they listen to exactly? Cause I aint seeing that either. They listen to the feedback they want to hear, even if its 1vs99.

As for point 3, fair enough if they don't want to say the exploit until its fixed. But with gifting down, then no one can use that exploit right so it shouldn't matter?

Why? I will suggest that maybe it was not the class a lot of people were looking for. A long running channeled skill breaks patterns and habits many older players have built. The green flashiness stands apart from other classes. It is a niche class built around a character in the chapter, rather than a more generic class that has a broader base. It isn't a class that says "come home, wayward player". It is more a class that says, "hey, you over there at the other MMO... come take a peek here".
