ESO ruining guilds and friendships

Hello.
Im loging each day to see less and less of my pals playing , today i was alone. And i blame stupid choices made by this game.
This interaction with guildies and online buddies took away the deppression that builds up durring the day. Now logging into the game is just getting deppresed.
So after last updates , so much has happened. Guildies are leaving , people are moving to other games. Because here all fun is gone..
After reaching a point in eso there is nothing else to do. But we enjoyed it , we played for fun, gifted each other funny stuffs to stay connected, builded hoses and made contests,
now all is gone.
1.One of my friends lost all his gold.... Opened 2 tickets an this is the 3 week no one has answered them or looked in his problem, so hes not even bothering anymore with this game.
2.Other has problems wit his account : he basicly is somehow softcapped in dps... YES he still cant do dps. He even wrote here in this forum in April. https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/7845136
...Now A friend wisited him in Scotland ( hes from Finnland ,plays eso with him too). Hes a awesome sorcr dpser. He made ,same race, same stats, same gear, same rotation as he has on his (FIN acc) account and literaly couldnt do nothing. Only third of what he can do on his laptop on his own account. They were sitting even on the same PC ..... Nothing. Dude reached for suporrt and still nothing got helped .. SO hes stuck... So its like his acc is somehow bugged. ( when Gina told him that someone will look ito hiss acc ,they found a bug with xp boost (form older event that was being active)and deducted him Levels from his character.. But the dps soft cap is still there and he cant do nothing, he told them the problem still there, they sayed they could reverse his account to 0 but then he would lose everything he ever obtained. in last 5 years.. And that is not a possibility.
And it sad to see friends and buddies going away. ESO dosnt do nothing for them to stay,
Its not bashing... Its just simple truth no one wants to point out. Support for this game is just sad.

Hey, I'm really sorry to see you are having this experience.

We have 5 guild slots - perhaps use the guild finder to find a few more? Guilds do come and go but there are still a ton of very active guilds out there, dedicated to your play style, with really good people in them. This might be a good time to find more friends & guildies while you are hoping for your people to return.

I am, and have been for years, frustrated by the 100 player hard cap on the friends list. Why to I have to drop older friends from my list in order to send or accept new friend requests? This seems especially counter to the way ESO has been pushing grouping up recently.

You are not alone. The toxic positivity is very prevalent on the forums but I've heard similar things from an absurd amount of players over this last year or so. Especially in the last 6 months. Even here on the forums there are people talking about it. And i have the same exprience.

The game deff feels depressing rn. And people dont realize we point this stuff out because we love eso and want the devs to make better choices. Like lets be honest, if you've been playing for 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 years, you love eso. Plenty of people who have a lot less time still love eso, but the point is when you've been here that long clearly you care. But for many people things are just going in the wrong direction, not getting fixed enough, not rewarding enough, performance is always bad, etc. etc.

Personally, I just take breaks and hold out hope that they change things. This game has the potential of a game like world of warcraft if they would just open their eyes, worry a little less about money, and worry a little more about how things should be for the better of the game.

This game is awesome for new players. But it is not adapted for a long life. ZOS has nothing to offer the veterans of the game. We, players with 3-5 years of experience, would like to see fresh changes. But they are not and will not be. That's why we're leaving.
