Low drop rates from Necrom daily delve and world boss coffers

Over the last 4 days I have gotten 120 coffers and spent 16 hours total farming for the new furnishing plan. And what have I gotten for my trouble? Not a single purple plan!!! What is the point of even doing the quests with such an abysmal drop rate? I have been playing this game since beta and never have I seen such disrespect for the players from zos.
