Losing passive skills mid raid

The link below shows the part in my stream where i figured out how to fix it. Which was traveling out of the trial. Then back in. You have to scroll through the beginning to find exactly where i randomly lost my undaunted passive skill that gives about 1k more resources (hp. Stam. Mag) for wearing 6medium n 1 light. I quadruple checked my food and boundless cp etc first. And if that passive got somehow dropped mid raid, whose to say the rest of my passives didnt?
