Message rate Limit - EU/PC

For the last few days I am getting kicked sometimes when going through the in game received Mail items which I am usually doing while at a Guild trader. Then get chucked to login screen with the crappy 'you have reached the message rate limit / spamming....' message.

Anyone else seeing this?
