COMBINING PSIJIC GLOWGLOBE FRAGMENTS INTO RUNEBOX BROKEN

I cannot combine the 7 psijic glowglobe fragments on my main account. It states "You already have that collectible."
So I transferred the fragments to my second account, which does NOT have the emote.
Combined the fragments.
I did not get a runebox.
I still do not have the emote on the second account.
And I am now am missing a set of 7 fragments.

ZoS - your runebox / fragment system seems to be having problems.

✭✭✭✭✭starting with the recent update they do not create a runebox anymore
you just need to use each fragment to unlock the achievement that grants the collectible
after you use the fragments, they are added to the fragments section of the collection menu, then you combine them from there to unlock the itemplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭In my opinion that is a silly idea. Now I will just destroy fragments as they aren't worth anything to keep and sell individually, I simply don't have enough guild store listing slots to sell them like that. A runebox took up one guild store listing. Fragments will take up many. This it seems will lock players out of gaining items from content they haven't done. If that was the intent, why not just make fragments bound?
