[Urgent] Campaign "Scores" and "Leaderboards" are not updating after EU "Icereach" campaign reset

It has been nearly four hours since the EU "Icereach" campaign reset (4 hours and 2 minutes), yet the following are not yet updating:
- Campaign Scores are not updating (shows 0 second to next update, with Scores for all alliances 0)
- Campaign Leaderboards are not updating (Leaderboards show scores from prior to campgain reset)

In contrast, the North American (NA) server "Icereach" campaign scores and leaderboards ARE updating properly.

Update [7 hours after campaign reset]:
- It has now been 7 hours since the EU "Icereach" campaign reset. About 1 hour ago, the alliance Scores started to update. However, the alliance Scores did NOT include scores from the start of campaign reset. In other words, Scoring commenced about 6 hours into the campaign, and all the Score points in the first six hours (or so) of the campaign were NOT counted (they were lost).
-- Campaign "Leaderboards" are still not updating. Based on what happened with Scores, I assume that Leaderboard scores will start when the Leaderboards finally start updating. In other words, if Leaderboards started updated right now, the AP from the first 7 hours of the campaign will be lost.

Leaderboards in the EU "Icereach" campaign are now (finally) updating. As predicted, all AP (Alliance Points) earned up to this point have lost. In other words, the first 7 hours of AP are NOT included in the Leaderboard scores. That's a huge amount of AP for some players. Curses!
