Problems w/Crown Store Support Team

I've been trying to get ahold of the Dragons Treasure Hoard furnishing that was supposed to come with the rewards from the Dragon Rise event back in 2019.

I played in the event back then, but never realised I didnt have the furnishing until a few years after the the event. I was a loner from launch until a couple years ago. Never played with people, so when I joined my first guild, and started seeing it everywhere, I was like wheres that from? They told me the dragon event, I was like I did that and got that pack, but don't have the it, [snip]‽.

So I wrote into the support team, but they've been so far, dismissive and blaming me for not having it, going so far as saying the reason I didn't get it is because I didn't qualify for it when the community had unlocked the event 100% mark for it.

If I remember correctly we had to collect the bundle with the dragon hoard treasure furnishing from the crown store - did you claim it from the crown store back then? The reward was not automatically added to your account I think and you could only get it if you claimed it.

If you have a ticket number you can post it here and maybe @ZOS_Kevin can look into it?

It does get a little spicy, which I apologise for, as again I am confused as to why I don't have it, as well as the non-denial denials/non-answers.....I played in the event, log in and see a free bundle in the store, I "buy" free bundle. I was a loner back then, still one to be honest, just with shorter bridges. I didn't know what was or wasn't in it. I just played the game and everyone was in elsweyr, the new zone.

The main requirement for the Dragons Treasure Hoard furnishing was you had to have complete the Northern Elsweyr Pathfinder Achievement during the event or prior to the event.

Just purchasing the chapter and logging in during the event will not get you the Dragons Treasure Hoard furnishing if you did not have this achievement completed before the event ended.

Nope, not true in the slightest. It added to the progress of the event Bar. It functioned no differently than the High Isle or Blackwoods event before it. I know because I logged in on an alt account for the high isle and blackwoods events to grab those rewards and never earned the pathfinder achievement on that account for either Blackwoods or High Isle.

if all else fails, you can make your own up with piles of coins from some npc you can buy
