Achievements missing on restored character - ticket reference: 230822-000789
Hello,
in July 2023 I requested for character restore, which was resolved quickly. My main character Ysgramor Dov Kroniid was restored. But there was a huge issue with achievements, all achievements are gone, points reduced to 0. Achievements that are left now are transferred from other characters, via account wide achievements. I had over 40k achievements points, around 40800 after my character was deleted, around 7000 hours invested.
Also all in game locations and quests are reset as well, like I have never done them before.
I have provided screenshots before character deletion and after.

How can we can restore my achievements? This ticket is already sent to development team, so I am waiting for a solution.
On the other hand, discovered wayshrines, motifs pages, collections, codex, library/books, motifs, items, furniture (which can only be obtained if you completed in game achievements) are still there, which is great.

I was advised by support team to post this issue also on forums, because even if development team is working on it, maybe some players already experienced this kind of issue and they can help with a solution.
I tried to reinstall game/launcher, to remove all addons, to login on every character, nothing works.
