Andazar Bug

I went to Apophrycha to fish, and was wandering around Cipher's Midden when I saw the quest marker over Andazar's head as if it wasn't completed, but I've already done all of his intro quest and I already have him unlocked as a companion.

    What's his rapport. Perhaps his 1st personal quest is ready for you to do.

    Come visit Karth's Glitter Box, Khajiit's home. Fully stocked guild hall done in sleek Khajiit stylings, with Grand Master Stations, Transmute, Scribing, Trial Dummies, etc. Also has 2 full bowling alleys, nightclub, and floating maze over Wrothgar.

    yeah if hes already your companion and has a quest marker, thats the personal quest for the companion, which you get at certain rapport levels

    honestly i find those to be insanely annoying because the quest marker will never go away unless you lower rapport or do the quest (i already did the quests on my main and dont have a lot of interest in redoing them on other toons)

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    Since update 39 Azandar the NPC is back in his start position just outside Ciphers Midden, with an arrow over his head, ready to start all over again, even if your character has the Companion Azandar there with them. It's a bug.

    Saw it as well, it's a bug not his rapport quest.

    It's not his quest marker for any rapport level. That will show up on him as you are adventuring around with him, and leveling him up. I haven't done anything with Andazar beyond unlocking him, so his rapport with my character is nowhere at the moment. This is him just showing up in his original location waiting to start his intro quest from scratch.

    Also ran in to this a day or two ago.

    I have done the quest and have him as a companion already, but he was at one of his locations outside Cipher's Midden with the start quest icon over his head. He was NOT my companion, this was a stationary Azander.

    It seemed like a bug. If it was intentional, I would have expected dialogue.

    I saw him as well. Already did all rapport quests. If I talk to him, he has one sentence and the quest marker vanishes but will come back if I reach another version of Azandar around the village.
