Since Nightblades get perma glow Grim focus can other classes also have access to perma glow weapons

Another option could be to give people a way to have their cosmetic special effect monster style weapons have permanent glow also (glow while sheathed) ? Since Other classes do not have abilities that make their weapons glow Like nightblades.

Speaking of that. Since nightblades get permaglow grim focus. can you restore the purple aura to sorcerers that have bound armaments slotted? It hurts that it was removed. Thank you. 1200px-ON-skill-Bound_Armor.jpg

I for one. would buy more Monster style weapons If i knew their effects have a way to be set to permanent. Maybe i'd buy for all classes!

I agree. I'd like that armor aura back. There are a number of special affects that used to last longer that should come back.

I would like more colorful glowing stuff that's permanent in the game too.

I would like much less glowing stuff, and absolutely not permanent.

Bring back the ORIGINAL bound armor!

Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

If I could I would: glowing cyan spiky hair, shiny slightly glowing eyes, sparkly fur, iridescent clothes, and galaxy texture markings character customization cosmetics for my kahjiit.

Holding two crystallized opal daggers that glow brightly that has iridescent sparkles slowly falling and fading.

Riding on a color changing galaxy sabertooth senche raht mount that also has glowing eyes and looks like it's made of glass. Wearing battle gear that has crystals and is holographic. It can jump super high, run on water, and do flips. Fading vibrant gradient streamers form at feet when mount is sprinting.

Kahjiit also has fully functional crystal dragon wings that have a bright gradient glow when flying. Now that will be the dream in eso.

I had that kind of stuff like that in guild wars 2 along with world of warcraft and it made my characters look awesome.

Would prefer less glowly stuff, not more. But in certain instances it makes sense. Bound Armour makes 100% sense to have a visual graphic to it. Honestly, what makes sense is to have it ACTUALLY give you bound armour (not just a glow, and not just the daedric armour that the early versions of the game had), but people wouldn't like that covering their pretty motifs.

If they made the armor summon while in combat, and desummon when out of combat, it could potentially solve that issue 🤔

yeah based on the other thread, very very few people actually like the permanent glow

my opinion on it would be that i think the glow should probably only be there when your bow proc is ready

it probably should work the same way with the bound armor too (at least bound armaments since that functions similar to the NB skill)

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

I don't like the permaglow at all, I wish it would be returned to how it was, but they changed the skill to be perma activated too, so we're stuck with the too-flashy visual. More permaglow effects without option to turn them off will make the game's atmosphere completely different, we already have too many things clashing with the game's aesthetic.

    Best of both worlds:
Players can have all the glowing stuff they do or do not want visible
A toggle option to turn on or off other player's glowing stuff
A toggle option to turn on or off the player's glowing stuff

    Go a step further
A toggle to render other players as wearing basic equipment based on race and level (see character creation screen options)
A toggle to render the player as wearing basic equipment based on race and level (see character creation screen options)
A toggle to render other player mounts as the basic leveling reward mount
A toggle to render the player's mount as the basic leveling reward mount

Probably won't happen as it might require certain aspects to be client side rather than server side. But would allow those on lower end equipment or those with visual related issues (bright lights, flashes, etc) to play the game in a more accessible fashion.

I'd love weapon effects as an earnable feature from achievements rather than dyes or in addition to dyes! This would allow us to have it as a toggleable feature for those who don't want to use it. I'd love it on my templar to have a permanent holy look on my weapon for example.
