Stamina Templar build help

I have read suggestions for DPSers to use pillar of nirn for high damage output. I am a stamtem and run a bow (perfected maelstrom) on back bar and either duel wield or 2H on front bar. I have not found any builds for stamtems with this setup using pillar of nirn gear. Any gear suggestions for paring with pillar of nirn? Suggestions for both sets of gear (which pieces for each set) would be appreciated. I can create all pillar of nirn gear in any trait.

i run a stamplar as one of my better dps

gear:

• stormfist monster set
• 5pc pillar of nirn (body)
• 5pc perfected whorl of the depths (weapons/jewelry)
• perfected maelstrom bow back bar

whorl is a pretty decent set, and being a trial set you can recreate the jewelry at gold so much easier to maintain

i think i run at least 1 recovery enchant to help sustain out

my skill slotting is:
front bar: camo hunter, stampede, radiant glory, biting jabs, channeled focus (stam morph of the rune), and dawnbreaker
back bar: poison injection, resolving vigor, bone shield, cleansing ritual, endless hail, and shooting star

i feel this setup is a good balance between dmg and survivability, if i added more dots to the back bar i feel it would make the rotation a lot harder

Pillars of Nirn with Deadly Strike is good if you use jabs and jesus beam as they are channelled

It's different for SOLOing than in groups.

This is, I think the best SOLO setup, because it plays into the StamPlars strenghts. You have to use Maces and sharpened or your godly spear is a wet noodle.
That means in turn: no daggers and no precise trait. And so Order's Wrath is the best set to compensate that.
2 Light and 5 Medium has proven to be the most balanced combination for SOLOing.

In groups you can take frontbar Daggers with Nirn/Precise and use a Trial set like Whorl or Relequen, because your penetration and crit damage are taken care of by Tanks and Healers.
To have Pillars of Nirn as second set can be better than Deadly Strike in certain situations. They are pretty much on par the rest of the time. So why switch for (almost) nothing?

In terms of abilities I would like to add, that the beam is super powerful, but it is your off stat. You will be able to cast it six to seven times and then run out of Magicka. That has to be enough for your entire execute phase.
Alternatively survial or passives abilities can be used. Abilities like Repentance, Bloodthirst, Bone Shield, Circle of Protection and Vigor come to mind.

Another thing to keep in mind, if you hunt down the Velothi Necklace, you can run that mythic to boost your damage, paired with Pillar of Nirn and Whorl, considering both are proc sets, it’s extremely easy to run a mythic.

You light attack less on a Templar than other classes, the drawback is negligible.
