“Maniacal Jester” defaulting?

When using the new Maniacal Jester personality from the Harlequin Crates, the personality decides to stop working on its own.

This is very frustrating, as it’s not just a user problem, but other people see your character as the “default” personality while this occurs, completely eliminating the purpose behind using the personality.

@ZOS_Kevin, can you have someone look into this? An Apex-level personality isn’t working.

So many crown items work poorly. so I’m not surprised but hope it gets fixed soon
