Game crash during quest A Hand of Fate

Every time I try and go through the portal to the Eye of Mora, the game crashes to the desktop. This happened twice last night and once so far this evening. I have not tried it with addons off, that's my next step. My computer has been rebooted/power cycled between yesterday and today. The crash report popup was filled in and sent all 3 times. PC/NA.

Noddegamra✭✭Followup: Unlike last night, where the crashes had me starting the Infinite Panopticon over from the outside after the crash, this time when I restarted the game with addons off, I am on the other side of the portal that caused the crash. Don't know for sure if turning off addons caused this.0
