Ping Question

Hi, i know nothing about ping/latency.So i did a ping test just now however on ESO, both NA & EU is an added 100 from the numbers currently. For refence, the following two is 1.NA 2. EU
second was the tracert


Any recommendations on fixing it? I know Exitlag is one option, especially for a better NA latency but due to financial reasons, there's absolutely no chance of me getting a subscription.
Obviously moving closer to the server is utterly not possible

I'm in US,and EU server never goes below 230ms ingame.There's no magic way to reduce ping to a server in a diff country,since distance,node amounts,and other factors.Connection pingtime and ingame are 2 diff things,and why they are different.If you aren't in NA or EU country,have bad ISP service,you'll probably have ot deal with the lag.

Did you try free trial and see if Exitlag really works,and how much it works?Sometimes a VPN can help,and there are free(may not be as good) and low cost solutions,but if you too far away from servers,more than likely they won't help alot.

yeah i did, exitlag on NA had the same latency as EU, roughly 217-250.compared to non exitlag/vpn being 317-380. I tested using tunnelbear vpn using the u.s connection and no change

You won't get better ping without them opening an oceanic/asian server,which is doubtful.Even then,in South Africa probably won't get greatest pings.I can play on EU with a 230 ping ok,just have to adjsut your play style some to count for lag.It's worse in PVP cause you might be dead before you even can block.
