From the u39 Patch notes

Siege
Meatbag Trebuchet:
The damage to siege, from this siege, is now instantaneous rather than over time.
Increased the Damage over Time to player characters by approximately 17%.
The debuff from this siege no longer affects Health Recovery.
Fixed an issue where the Healing Received debuff could affect targets outside of the area of impact.

    Kinda odd yea.
    IIRC what we have in game are catapults, smaller with a basket\hopper on the arm to launch projectiles.
    Trebuchets are typically larger and have a sling for launching payloads.

    Maybe we're going to be able to launch really BIG meat bags?

    So those players that seem to be able to jump off keeps and take 0 fall damage but I do the shame with a shield and a HoT + FULL HEALTH and take 30k fall damage
