I'm curious now, as I have not found them.
I know the name Ules. Involved in a particular quest in Vvardenfell.
Spoilers below:It's the family name of the mansion that the Scarlet Judge inhabits. The judge himself isn't part of the Ules family, but rather inherited it from a member of that family.
