Phaer Catacombs

There's a skyshard inside the Phaer catacombs. I forgot to grab it while I was in there doing the quest. I tried to go back after it but now the game won't let me go in there. I now officially cannot get the skyshard, and therefore will never get the achievement. I was just totally screwed by phasing. Uncool.
Unless of course, the mine opens back up again later. Does anyone know if it does? If so, when? Or am I right and I'm just totally hosed.

I dont think there is a skyshard in there. I've never seen one and its not listed on web maps. There is one in the dungeon next to it though (just to the west).Edited by murklor007neb18_ESO on April 2, 2014 5:20AM1 -
