You may add flappybirds onto your list. They definitely trigger me (in the meaning of making me angry).
i am not sure about "trigger", but there are several annoyances i face barely every single day:
- arcanist stroboscope effects
- flappy matriarchs near bankers, guild traders, npc vendors
- two bright splashes on scrying screen (i have to close my eyes)
and, of course, out new Stuga - Sorinne Gerard, the vocal barker

Other people have c/o the flappy birds and mentioned they have a def mental effect, more than an emotional response but it seems also that too. so yah i think that should def be added to the list for both of you.i am not sure about "trigger", but there are several annoyances i face barely every single day:

i mean if you can't play or have to flee or close your eyes and not see what you're doing those all seem legit to me if it legit disrupts your ability to play. seems like it does.

That can often be blamed on differential lag. You may see yourself as being closest to the chest but he may see himself as closest.

The loading screen times don't usually annoy me, but they do push my buttons if I'm trying to finish doing something within a certain period of time, such as before a daily/weekly reset or before the server goes down for maintenance.
As for the targeting issues when trying to interact with things, I'm speaking of situations such as trying to interact with one of my assistants but ending up interacting with some bulletin board or NPC instead, when I'm directly facing my assistant and standing close to them whereas the bulletin board or NPC is further away and off to the side or even behind me. I feel like the way it used to work was fine, but then a lot of players complained and ZOS tried to "fix" it by messing around with priorities. Proximity to things and one's line of sight now seem to have less importance than what something is, such that standing in front of my assistant and being in their face has less importance than being vaguely in the vicinity of some interactable object or NPC which is way the heck over there (waves to the side and slightly behind).
