This patch was excellent with regards to pvp.

I'm glad the Incap issue was finally sorted since introducing the bug with the two-tier ulti cost, so what is that 3-5 years later?

Bow got a decent buff b/c no bow user wants more dmg at max range. Let's go crit instead . . .

OH and last but not least, I'm very happy this patch has attended to the ridiculous tank/overheal/over rss management meta shenanigans and ball group bs.

A+++ will buy crowns again.

While you can as more than likely this thread will be deleted in 3 minutes by the Authority Against Communicating Displeasure (AACD) for a product we pay. I guess as customers, we can only communicate negatives in non-official places.

    as someone who has been back to running a bow build the past week or so, I do actually like that particular change, as Im often dipping in and out of melee/long range and stacked into crit damage. I just hope it actually works as described lol. I am curious how this scales/effects skills. is it an on target effect? Is it a personal buff? 1v1 its easy to understand, but in outnumbered scenarios, I am curious where it does its calculations.

    Havent tried it yet, but not having to dead cast Bound arms/Merciless sounds like a quality of life change i can get behind. Ive had a long standing issue with merciless basically just clearing its stacks the moment id get them (there seems to be a small minority of players having this issue, and no solution to it. Yes, i understand how the skill works, 5 star'd on a NB, a few updates back it just stopped working as it should, around the same time I started having weird stamina issues on my Orc NB on DC specifically), so ive been unable to actually use that skill in.... 3 updates? so im hoping this fixes that and lets my NBs come back out to play.

    havent done testing, but it sounds like they did way more to siege than they let on, and a lot of siege is... pretty useless now. Still downloading the patch so no clue myself, just what im hearing, but as someone who is generally either is solo vs pop lock EP, or its 2 Bar AD vs 3 EP trying to defend anything, having siege become ineffective against groups of players would be pretty miserable (not talking the elf bane changes, that is a good change imo, just hearing that DoT effects of various siege are not applying anymore nor instantly, which renders most pretty useless) - again, havent tested these myself yet, might be a big something over nothing. this patch is taking ages to download lol

    kill 150 instead of 40 is pretty cruddy. in prime time/pvp events, sure 150 is nothing, but in off hours, even reaching kill 40 was usually not a conquest i could finish in a day. 150? ill abandon it every time. did gladiator seals move into crates? is that their goal? lol

    New monster sets are strong. in the right scenarios, /really/ strong. thats a whole convo of its own.

    Death notifications seem like chat spam. I think that info being applied to cross sword tool tips/keeps lit notifications would be better, as was mentioned in the PTS a lot- and ignored. (ie- keep lights/cross swords- EP/DC/AD large conflict, 10 recent AD deaths, 9000 recent EP deaths, 0 recent DC deaths - something like this would be more valuable imo. most discords im in are already talking about turning off the death notifications)

    the rest is mostly decent QOL stuff. im sure ill find things to nitpick once i get in. but also...

    I love everyone stacking bluggtseeds. So awesome.

    CC seems to be harder to break free. I mean there were so many players not building tanky, it's about time they hit those folks who go heavy into damage and reactive defense with less than 35k HP

    I think they hit DKs too hard by nerfing their bonus damage to status effects. That really was the problem. Not corrosive with from 0 to full health and being able to keep while corrosive was up. Definitely was that 15-20% bonus to the burning statue effect damage.

    My only complaint is they fixed CC immunity so it will work. Kind of sucks that after a rush if agony followed by a fear; the targets are only locked out of break free fir 3 or 4 seconds and can't be pulled again for 6 seconds. Why even have CC if players can just counter it?

    Idk my friend was hitting 3k killers blades on someone with 4k health last night, something about the damage just feels off, idk if something happened with crit damage or if its just our imaginations but looking at cmx last night after we had finished pvp'ing was kinda depressing 😂

    I pvp'd a good deal last night. the resolve ability seems good. no more casting it, you just get the dmg buff as you light attack and it makes a noise when ready. the 5 stacks indicator is glitchy af and it only glows when you have your reticle on a target. Prob to prevent dry firing.

    I kept camo hunter on despite having concealed. I think the extra dmg from fg and minor berzerk is worth it, plus the reveal is nice as needed. As i'm a destro staff user, I decided to forgo poisons and put on a disease enchant if that has a status dot effect that will go up in dmg i guess.

    and I'm glad you liked the AACD bit. :)

    The kill 150 is too many. In two hours today running in group getting lots of kills only got 119 kills, that's one a minute. Not sure how much faster this quest can be done. So it's a minimum of 2.5 hours to get this quest completed. That's excessive. Any gladiator achievement should be doable in a 2 hour raid group outing.

    It just turned into delete quest and try for another one.

    Odd the rewards for those quests are kinda garbage. Why make it 150?

    Yeah I feel this should be Kill 100 if they're going to increase it. I did 150 yesterday, but it took a good 2-3 hours of solid play on a mostly single-target dmg build. My advice, since you just need to dmg the person: Ice Comet or other aoes.

    I'm playing on XBOX so don't have the patch yet. But has anyone tried that healing reduction monster set? Any good?

    If it is effective vs. the many healbots in ESO it really will be a good patch for PVP.

    That and azureblight might be pretty wicked against ball groups.

    Can't say I like the pvp feed in BG - any attempt to text-chat with team-mates is insta-purged with death-kill-spam.

    Still don't know if setting yourself to offline is respected by this unrequested 'feature'.

    for like others if they havent already disabled this? no idea (i havent spent much time in pvp since the patch), though i still see a lot of people disabling it due to the immense chat spam it would produce in cyrodiil

    i kind of think it might be OK to have but i would want to put this death feed into another chat tab, not the main chat tab

    the Killz add-on does this, but you still need to turn off the core version in socials i believe.
