    Honestly, for me there’s no difference in performance between the old and the new servers.

    I think part of the problem is that multiple things break literally every update. Cyrodiil was just unplayable on PC for the majority of the week. Console servers are crashing almost everyone multiple times a day since U41 release. Even when the servers work they don't.

    I would like to echo everything React said but with the one distinction - Cyro related PvP content added to the game. Now some new GvG system, dueling, etc - Cyro PvP content.
