Cyrodiil Tier not progress from zero

I'm playing Cyrodiil's 30 days campaign with my new character for days and the Campaign Reward Tier is still on ZERO. Please, I need help. Is this normal or is it a bug?

✭✭✭✭It looks like you have no home campaign assigned? If so, you will not earn progress towards a reward tier on any campaign. You need to be on your home campaign, and it’s not retroactive.
That said, there have been many instances of progress not showing properly. They have been running scripts to force it to show when this occurs.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭yeah in this case it looks like you never assigned a home campaign, and you can only get reward tiers while in your home campaignplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭✭✭I mentioned in another similar thread that I had been able to play on new characters on Gray Host without selecting a home campaign and earn AP towards tier progress as long as another character had it set to home before, but it isn’t working that way for me now. As soon as I assigned the new character to the same home campaign, she started earning AP towards the tiers.
