Loading profile failed

Since yesterday morning, whenever I have tried to get into ESO (EU server), I get the message loading profile failed, and saying that I don't have network connectivity. The Xbox itself thinks that it has network connectivity when I test it, I have no problem getting to anything else, either on Xbox or any other device, I just can't get into ESO. No settings have been changed between Sunday, when I had no issue, and yesterday when I did.

    Try rebooting your router first. If that doesnt work (assuming its the same as playstation) try deleting your local save file (not the game) you may need to reset some of your ingame options

    Other thing to double check is if you still have the ability to play online games (xbox gold or whatever it is called) active

    Also make sure your Xbox has the latest version of ESO updated as that is sometimes a cause of that type of error. If you are still having issues reach out via support ticket

    Thank you both for your replies.
    I rebooted the router (and then the console, again), and was able to get back into the game last night after the EU server maintenance/upgrade had finished.
