I doubt they will let modders be able to affect the camera, since that makes it incredibly easy to create exploits, and would lead to unfair advantages in pvp. If they do have it exposed right now, they will almost certainly remove it once they see mods doing it.
Hopefully the devs are adding some FOV options in the game however, in the built in settings. Anyone working on a mod to do this is wasting a lot of time and effort, because that will almost certainly be taken out and/or made into a bannable offense to use.
I love the idea of modding TESO having that much freedom and capability in theory, but in practice it won't work to have camera mods. There are a lot of other cool things that can be done though, and I look forward to seeing what people come up with for sure.
Hopefully they will also open up new ways to mod that we may not be considering yet. Its going to suck if all they do is take away modding capabilities and not add new ones too.
@eventhandler. I get what your sayin, it's understandable. I'm more so just talking about when in 1st person if we could back the camera up a bit where you can see the hands and not just a weapon midway up. I find it's more immersive. But that's me. Different strokes for different folks lol.
