There’s not only players that can play 18/24 hours with multiple toon. There are people that have growed up and now have wife and sons.

This "argument" again.
What do your personal circumstances have to do with the game? Why did you pick a type of game that is traditionally NOT known for instant gratifications but long term commitment and patience if your time schedule does not allow to spend enough of your time in the first place? I get it, things can change and everything, but you can not expect the developers to design their game around peoples life scripts. Why do you even NEED those achievements if your life is so busy now. And why do you even consider PAYING for an achievement instead of earning it?
ESO is an MMO. Long term motivation is one of the main reaons why it still exists after almost 10 years.

Bud, I play from day1 on console and I have played Dc from that day, and the achievement wasn’t there. So why they expect from me that now I should run another 2 toons just for that achievements. Consider PAYING? I’m forced to PAYING because I’m not goin to run other toons. The only thing I can do now is pay someone with golds for crowns and buy 3 alliance token.
I was expecting more people’s thought like me. Thanks for reply appreciated

You still haven't answered why you think you need that achievement? It doesn't give you anything other than bragging rights. It doesn't require or even encourage you to pay, just to make toons on different alliances. I just don't see why people take so much issue with this achievement. Just because it's there doesn't mean you need to get it.

No one is forcing you to pay for anything, because no one is forcing you to get those achievements.
If you only want to play one alliance in PvP dont expect to get an achievement that is designed for the other alliances. Its that simple.
And if you want it without rolling new chars youre going to have to pay apparently, but thats entirely your choice, no one is forcing you.
If you are a faction loyalist and a single-character player this achievement isn’t for you.
If you are an achievement completionist your options are to create an alt for the other factions and commit some time to pvping, buy class change tokens from the crown store, or pay gold to be sent class change tokens by another player.
You aren’t going to receive much sympathy for taking the stance “I don’t like any of my options so I’m going to pretend there are no options and be mad about it.”

Updated, thanks. Class change was on my mind after reading the requests for that earlier. If you are a faction loyalist and a single-character player this achievement isn’t for you.

Eh, faction change tokens, not class change....

Because I play mostly PvP and I want all achievements for personal goal. I ll leave this for last hoping one day will be changed. Thanks for reply, appreciated.

Re-reading my post, I think it was a tad too harshly worded. Mainly because I was kind of focused on replying to your life/time argument (which - I admit - always tends to trigger my reflexes). This wasn't helpful and no neccessary, sorry about that. Rest assured though, that this is not the only instance where players feel a bit screwed by the game.
I understand that the situation is frustrating. However, as a pvp player, I'm sure you have ways to gather enough gold an buy the tokens. Good luck with your project.
I got these on Xbox years ago all on the same toon. You just watch the map, and when your faction has keep locked another alliance, you zip through their gates and go get the shard. It takes time, and you have to either be fast/sturdy, or you need invisibility pots, but it's doable if you want the achievement that bad.
