The Luxury Furnisher Vendor (Zanil Theran) is located north of the bank in the Hollow City, Coldharbour and the Belkarth Festival Grounds in Craglorn.

    Burnt Corpses make for a great crime scene mystery especially on your new ship lower cabin without taking body count slots.

    As I said, the correct name would be thematic not luxury. Because he has varied themes of furniture, so people can make all types of houses.

    Also, I can think of a lot of nobles who would have a torture rack at home. Usually in the basement.

    A torture rack doesn't have to be used as a torture rack either. With some cobbling and creativity maybe it's a dock winch or such
