Leaderboard broken again, not counting AP earned for rank and score

The leaderboard in Cyrodiil is broken again or still. It's not counting our AP for alliance rank.

Same thing happening again right now (like on last weeks Tuesday) on Icereach campaign PC/EU.

@xNeros we checking in with our team and it seems like this issue has been resolved. Leaderboards should be working again.
