Special Events - spicy new rewards needed

Please, could we get some spicy new reward options added to the various special events through out the year?
This event currently, after obtaining the shwarma miners outfit, I was left with nothing much of interest to spend event tickets...
Suggestions:
Contract for a travelers merry musical band to stay in your house for 30 days. Perhaps buy in pieces like the berries and indrik mounts
Contract for belly dancers to stay in your house as guests for 30 days... Similar as above.
Contract for thieves guild: allow + 200% number of fence items, duration 2 hours.
Contract for bodyguard - temporary companion. Similar to existing companions, but fully equipped and temporary service. Contract duration/ Price options: 1day, 3days, or duration of event.
Scroll: haggler, plus +50% gold when sell items to vendors, 2 hours
Magical crafting tent - purchase a ticket that allows entry into a special tent with crafting stations - each event could have crafting stations from a different region, to craft selected overland armor sets that can be sold on guild stores.
Scroll: +50% damage versus specific X type enemy. PvE only. Useable in dungeons. Dragons, undead, humans, etc.
Scroll to grant plus armor/resistance from guards - including cyrodiil. --- shout out to PvPers
Contract for stage coach - can carry up to 8 players overland, usable also in cyrodiil. Provides. + benefits but also + risks. Use until destroyed like a siege engine, or expiration at end of event. Fun for guild RP and also crazy new cyrodiil travelling....

✭Some of those rewards are good but in my opinion these rewards should not interfere with instanced content and player versus player locations. So no damage buff to certain mob types in dungeons.1
