Why There Is No Guild Search Feature In ESO?

Greetings everyone,
i came here to complain why the option to search specific guild name / tag does not exist in ESO.
seems like a such a basic feature that exist in almost every online game this days.
the reason why i care about it is because i want to create a guild for Israeli players but there are not a lot of Israeli players and searching / recuting in forums wont work.
If players could search something like "Israel" in guild search it could it work, searching and recuting manually is just too much of work for very specifc players is too much work and may not even work, also you should be able to seach for any other tags like "housing", "trials", "roleplaying".

i agree, it is a major feature missing from the current guild listings

you could give someone a guild name, but what are they going to do with it if your not in game and even in game they cant search for it, just search under "trading" and hope it comes up? that seems like a poor design

the guild listing right now is kind of just browsing whats there if you needed to change a guild and didnt know exactly what you wanted, or someone in game can give you a link directly to the guilds recruitment page, but they should have a way to at least search guild names from the guild finder
    plays PC/NA

    active player since april 2014

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

There is a guild search option though. It's in the guilds section of the menu.

You can just create your guild "Israelis R' Us" or whatever, and it will appear in the guild listings. You'll have to type out a description of the guild and what your trying to do, then people can apply to the guild and join once you approve their application, just like joining a trade guild or any other guild. I'm not sure how you make sure your guild appears in the listings though, but it can't be that hard.

Check the "find a guild" option and mess around with it. It can't be that hard.

Not a search by guild name option. You can search by type of guild but not for a specific guild by name.

Yes, it's not very user-friendly. When I was looking for suitable guilds to join, I ended up using the ESOHub web site, which provides links to guilds that can be used in-game.
