[Suggestion] Opt-in/out Zone Chat

Not sure if it was a bug, but if you PREVIEW the new Ship House (Fair Wind). You get access to a Zone Chat with other's also in the PREVIEW. However, once you buy the house, you're put into your own 'instance' and lose access to the Zone Chat present in the PREVIEW.
This got me thinking. It'd be nice if Home Owners could have the option to join a Zone Chat linked to all the homes. Or stick with the current 'your instance of the home' chat.
