Food buff disappearing mid-combat

Have been having an issue lately where my food buff is lost mid-combat, without changing instance or without a loading screen. I know it was a reported bug a while ago where the icon would disappear, but stats would remain buffed, but this bug has been actually making the stat boosts disappear, seemingly at random. I've noticed it mainly in various trial instances, because it is very noticeable (and very inconvenient) when it happens on a tank. The stats are suddenly lower mid-combat. The buffs return when I eat the food again, but this is especially aggravating with Orzorga's buff food costing 20k a pop.
