Is there any Discord/Subreddit/Forum for trading housing items?

I want to trade my Velothi Triptych, Geyser for someones Velothi Triptych, Volcano. Obviously trying to getr around the quite substantial market fees that selling/buying would involve.

I know this is not really the right place for stuff like this, but I couln't find any better. If you know of any Discord/Forum whatever where I might get lucky with this, please do let me know
