What kind of guilds are you in?

Left the three I was part of.

Two Social
One with a combination of Social and Trader

They got inactive so I left. Eventhougt I have an eye open for one I don´t look for one atm. Too easy getting into the wrong one

Trading guilds here, with some very slim PvE sometimes with them. I wish I would keep time for a raiding guild, but no. I am not enough hardcore.

My plan is to raid though, before dying of old age, if I have time to spare, did checked the builds, but will do it with pick ups.

Joined a guild once for a month. I've been playing 10 Years.

One guild that was active when I joined. There was a disagreement among some of the officers. One group left to create a new guild. Guild leader stopped playing so the first guild has basically died off. Still in it due to one of the members having a home with almost all of the set crafting stations.

The second guild is the one previously mentioned from the split. They're semi-active but most communication goes through Discord so between that and my RL schedule I get left out of a lot of activities when they do them.

I joined a third guild for PvP as my main's alliance was different than what the others played. But an update hit and that guild leader stopped playing for the most part. Had an active trader too. I can already see it on the decline as well.

Tempted to make my own guild to be honest. If I am going to be in a "dead" guild, might as well be in one where I actually have access to the guild bank for the additional storage.

The best trading guild on EU, Gold Jerry Gold. Also one small pve guild, but they never want to do dungeons when I ask, just trials, trials, trials. At this point I'm only in there because my friend is. Years ago I was part of a social guild, but they kicked me out (understandably) when I took a hiatus.

The fact you don't need a guild in this game is the reason I keep coming back to play it.

2 - imperium of the eagle, a ravenwatch (and now blackreach) focused PvP guild
3 - a small private guild focused on item management
4 - legends syndicate, a battlegrounds focused PvP guild
5 - traders of the lost doom, a trade guild with an excellent trader location and no dues

Wasn't Runed Claws was it? Was in that guild from launch until a few weeks ago. Dead for I don't know how long.

I'm largely just a solo/partner player these days but I was lucky to find a lot of great people in all those guilds, so I remain in them so that if I ever go back to sweating things up, I'm ready.

I love most of what this game has to offer. I think it would be cool to incentivise guilds to get achievements, to encourage diversification in what guilds do, so that guilds would foster various playstyles/content, perhaps bring the community together a bit, create a bit of guild pride. I think there was more of that at launch- I was in a guild that would go hard in PvP in order to secure the precious campaign buffs for PvE (Rest In Peace, Chillrend!). But I suspect that ship sailed years ago.
