Eso necrom upgrade edition 35% discount does not apply to Xbox and Ps this year on save QuakeCon

Why does this year the upgrade edition dont have discount ?every year we do have all editions ,but this year is only apply to pc ,me and other player we dont want pay the deluxe edition to receive additional cosmetic stuff and a mount ,well even though pvp is not working very well on XBOX NA also we had alot crash for about 30 days some other bugs.

I wanted to buy the dlc ,but dont make since paid extra money ,would help alot if any Zos member @ZOS_GinaBruno can explain about this bad business decision this year ,but is clear to me that the Necrom deluxe edition dint sell very well ,we do want play arcanist but better wait for other discount on who knows when november or december.

the necrom event in September will probably have an even bigger discount for all versions of necrom

(saw something today on xbox store, but had to check again) Deluxe upgrade has 35% discount, on standard is only 10%(don't know if for all or only GPUlti).

In the past, a lot of sales have gone into effect and ended on different days for different platforms, so it's possible that for the platform of your choice Necrom will still be on sale but it hasn't started yet. QuakeCon isn't for several more days, I think, so there is still time for a sale on your platform if there's going to be one-- which may or may not be the case.
