Perma banned issue, lotsa friends got randomly banned

Since I cannot find any topic about it. I see a lot of people in discord and such posting they get a perma ban.
I have no clue why, since I am only logging in to get event tickets, upgrade horses and do daily writs lately.
Anyway I hope you guys get this sorted real quick.
