    Nunatak
Nunatak is the only source of the Major Brittle debuff. It's easily the most slept-on undaunted set, most likely because you need 20k tel var to buy shoulders. The hats can easily be bought via key fragments with a 15 second trot through the Memorial District (or killing the WWB there). You don't even need to farm keys you can just buy them from guild traders. +20% crit damage taken for 4 seconds ever 15 seconds (which is a really, really weird ratio of uptime admittedly)

    I like Nunatak for tanking.

It's also very nice if you're going for an ice 'theme,' since you do get an ice pillar under the enemy as well.

nuna if someone else has nazaray, otherwise, don't use either. iceheart isn't a tanking helm.

Nunatak, but its not the greatest tank set. If you want Major Brittle for a PVE tank, that's about all it offers. But this can be effective on a PVP DD in certain settings, namely one where you can get a victim in the AOE for 4 seconds

What do you suggest in the case of "otherwise?"

of those two choices, nunatak provides more utility but is not great.

Ditch the theme and go with zaan's or do kilt + 1 piece slimecraw. Ice dmg proccing monster sets do not get significant benefit from warden passives.

Can't go wrong with Ring of Majesty and 1pc of Magma Incarnate, for example.

Same for Chudan, but mostly in PvP.
2 items gives a lot of bonuses: HP, 7500 armor, minor sustain (you don't need to cast Ice Fortress), and free skill slot. Also works in non-cp campaign as a small bonus.

      Iceheart
Since you guys liked Nunatak more, i decided to buy it:

Its actually pretty nice and i like it more than iceheart so far.

Tho i got a stroke after i spent 36k tel var stones on the shoulder just to get 2x light ones, when i needed medium or heavy

@derkaiserliche The Ice Warden Tank setup I loved was Mighty Glacier + Archdruid Devyric + Yoln. Mighty Glacier works really well with the warden's cc and you get Major Vulnerability from Archdruid. Its an underutilized combo, but only for PVE

If you need one piece to be heavy, it should be the Helmet, that slot provides more armor than the shoulders.

It does not. Head gives you more of the enchantment value than shoulders, but armor values are the same for head, shoulders, legs, and feet. Chest is higher, hands and waist are lower.
