Fire and Shock Reach

A couple patches ago, Frost reach got its direct damage tooltip buffed to spammable level and finally found some uses, mostly on warden with the master ice staff as they have passives specific to the ice staff. Sadly Fire and Shock reach didn't receive the same treatment even though they were (and still are) just as useless.
Classes other than warden have no such synergy with the ice staff and would rather use a fire/lightning staff as their offensive weapon, so can Fire and Shock reach please receive the same buff Frost reach got?

Balanced by people with no prior gamedev experience, couldn't fix performance issues in a decade, can't code a real matchmaking algorithm to save their lives, more maintenance downtime than all the other MMOs put together, more bugs introduced than bugs fixed every big patch, same stagnant combat for years.
