Suggestion for a new account upgrade item

Infinite dye upgrade.

This will be an account bound item that costs less than 20$. Can be purchased through crown store. All characters can use and it's unlimited.

What this item does: a new tab will be added for costumes/armor/dyes UI

1. Character bound custom made dyes ( UI popup has a full RGB color wheel with a saturation slider and a light to dark slider)
22. The ability to choose the textures of the dye (metallic, base, matte, glow, crystal, iridescent, cloth, shiny, gradient, etc)
23. 2. Save the custom dye and name it
24. It will unlock a 4th dyeable option square to costumes, hat, and certain armor pieces
25. Hair, face/body markings, major and minor adornments, facial hair, and skins will also become dyable
26. Base game account-bound dyes will have another option to be unlocked besides achievements
27. Only 24 custom dyes can be saved per character.
28. Can edit any previous custom dyes at any time (limited to 6 custom dyes per week) .

It would further devalue ESO+ which already provides a dye-related perk.

So for $20, you immediately and forever remove any desire to try to get a dye achievement? The new dyes unlocked when you complete a tough achievement are often one of the only real rewards.
