• NA megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 11:00AM EST (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)

Login Queue - another one

Having a login queue length of 2hrs is unacceptable, especially being am monthly subscriber.
Sort this rubbish out ASAP or you will have no subscribers left and just left with free loaders Zenimax.

    I'm not jumping to conclusions on this. I'm gonna wait it out and not cancel my subscription.

    I really hope they are busy fixing the issue and are well aware of it even when there is no type of written response.

    I would love to give them the benefit of doubt, however they have a poor track record when it comes to communication.
    Without even a vague comment of what the issue here may be, this smacks of disrespect to their existing player base.
    This occuring over a weekend is no excuse.

    At the very least, have a different queue of ESO+(monthly payers).

    It's really not showing them in the best light to the new players. Event + ESO+ trial + free Epic giveaway = bad timing.
