Making a boss immune or have them deal out CC effects does not make the fight more interesting, challenging or fun. It just makes it annoying.
I appreciate it a lot that world bosses are much harder in Necrom than they used to be before, and that you actually have to group up now. But I've never had less fun fighting them.
I understand that you want to make them last longer and that you want to prevent higher dps groups to skip mechanics. But this is not the way to go.
ESO's combat system is designed around building up stacks of dots (or crux in the case of the arcanist) and thus synergizes well with 10-20s long burn windows where the boss stands still and the player does not get interrupted. Many of the newer boss designs don't work well with that combat system.
Cloudrest is a great example of a fight that is exceptionally well designed. It is interesting, challenging and fun - and it is designed in a way that it is mobile and dynamic, while still allowing for the above mentioned damage windows where players can apply damage rotations. And it manages to be challenging without overloading players with annoying CC effects.
In Necrom Runemaster Xiomara is a good example of a well-designed boss.
Please make more bosses like Z'Maja and no more bosses like the ones in Necrom.
