Think the what has changed is the combination of game being free on Epic and free trial driving a large number of new players all at once.

Get your act together, work out what is wrong and fix it, if you cant say you cant fix it because it is beyond you, at least we can all then decide to unsubscribe... who wants to pay money for nothing

how does it know its going to be 1 hour 17mins and 4 sec....

People log in and log off all the time, so its not a queue issue its a server logging in fault,.

After half an hour in the queue I am also getting the 103 error message.

Last 4 days, long wait to log in (over 1 hour tonight) been kicked twice, it's getting to the not playable level. EU Server.
((NA server is 25 minutes wait))
Why would I pay to wait for an hour to play for an hour?

Just trying to login to get my login reward and have over an hour on EU. NA was 5 mins, both on PC. This is also happening to me when I try logging in on Xbox and PlayStation. Any update from ZOS on why all the servers are doing this. It's not just isolated too PC. Thanks

PC-EU - Queue was 1 hour 35mins when I joined it, currently at 1 hour 28mins. This is going to take a while, that's assuming it doesn't kick me. Over the years I've played over a dozen different MMO's and whilst ESO's server problems aren't always the most severe(although I have had several times around major patch maintenences where I basically couldn't login for 2/3 days), they are by far the most frequently plagued by issues. Hardly a single maintenence passes where some server issue doesn't occur in some shape or form, be it login difficulties or stability issues.

That's untrue... I saw the arrival of the queue after the launch. I remember for a while we had queue up to 4h... And at the time, we did not get back our "room" in the queue if we got disconnected.

We experienced the same thing after One Tamriel Update, about 2 of the expansion packs and every free trial since then.

It always happens to a fraction of the population, including those queues errors.

The fact is it's unsolved in 8 years is more the problem. They did solve so many bugs but not the most important one. Why the queue system is so broken... and maybe they could have scaled the server a bit up for the week of Free ESO+...

It's 32 minutes for me right now.

The wait time has pretty much been growing continuously since Thursday. It was about 5 minutes then. About 20 minutes yesterday (only to then stall at 1 second to launch.)

We are aware of the login and queue issues that affected the PC NA and EU megaservers over the weekend. The problem has been identified and servers were restarted.
