Alright, where do you want the bosmer content to take place? Last i checked 90% if not all of Valenwood was released with the game back in 2014.

Could do something with Falinesti, the moving city. So maybe another circle on the map like Coldharbour, Clockwork City, Apocrypha, etc.

and High Rock is also in the game and yet we got High isle for Bretons. even if these islands did not exist zos could always make another island area bosmeri

Forgive me if i missunderstand, but those "zones" would still be the size of Betnikh?

You could maaaaybe argue the Druid stuff has a Wood Elf feel, but... it's NOT Bosmer, so.

Unless Zenimax is already working on something Bosmer it is not likely to happen anytime soon. While most of the work is done in the final year they start working on content a couple of years ahead of time.
Good luck.
There are four races left for companions, I really hope they don’t begin to repeat races (or worse yet stop introducing new companions entirely) before they finally add a bosmer one.

And they won't tell us what they're working on for 2024 until the Global Reveal in late January so it's alright

I fear we'd get some comic relief bosmer or one such as her, because the way ESO has been doing the few bosmer characters we see. Or that it would be a bosmer who's not part of Valenwood culture.
Actually...
I'd like to see some Bosmer characters that ARE'NT followers of the Green Pact as I'm sure there are a lot of us! It would be very hard to be an adventurer who mixes with so many different cultures & experiences, yet follows those restrictive rules. It should not be a character that doesn't respect Nature in all its varied forms, but one who is more 'worldly'. I cannot see strict Bosmers killing plant creatures or crafting recipes like we all do!

Even though all of Valenwood is in the game they could go to an island south of Valenwood for sure, High Isle proved ZOS could make small islands chapter size.
However, while some are starving for Bosmer some others just aren’t. Just speaking for me, if Bosmer was the next part of this story I definitely wouldn’t buy it… I have no interest in a Bosmer chapter, the more I think about it. I’d love to see Imga and see what happened to Falinesti but truth is, since this topic comes up a lot lately, I would just Google what Imga look like in eso and also what the story was for Falinesti… I wouldn’t spend money on that. I got my fill of Bosmer in the AD zones.

I'm sure if they made a Bosmer chapter, they wouldn't keep it that simple. They would probably pair the Bosmer zone with an Oblivion one like in Necrom or some other more unusual zone like they did with Skyrim and Blackreach.

I'd hope they didn't. Every time they do this the Tamriel zone and it's people suffer. Blackwood was so much more about daedra than the melting pot of Imperials, argonian and khajiit. Necrom removed House Indoril of some damn reason, and feels like it's so much more focus on daedra again than that area and dunmer.
But then again, they couldn't even give bretons the content they said in High Isle, despite there being no extra stuff there.
I want the Tamriel zone and it's people to get focus, love and care they deserve, and feel less like some afterthought and decoration.
