Xbox-na Blackreach bug?

I've been in Blackreach on xbox-na there was an emp of either red or blue (can't remember which) the yellow flipped the emp circle and no emp is being shown. There were similar issues during whitestrike event where a white box became emp and no one got credit for emp the rest of the campaign. Please look into this and fix emp issues.
