This Issue Is Not Going to Just Go Away

This problem goes beyond the way that ZoS treated a trans employee. It's also about whether or not ZoS is going to ensure that ESO is a safe place for members of the LGBTQ+ community. Allowing transphobic, homophobic, and other bigoted voices to have a place in this game and this community puts LGBTQ+ people in danger and ZoS cannot allow this to happen. You can see from this article that prominent members of the community are facing harassment and hate. We heard from people in the previous thread on this topic, now locked, about how they have left the game entirely due to increasing instances of hate speech, including during the Pride Parade promoted by ZoS itself.

What is ZoS going to do about this? Is ZoS ever going to say anything about this, or are they just going to allow ESO, a *** fantastic game that in large part has a great community, to become a cesspool of hate?
