Why has Ghastly Eye Bowl less ressources than Lava Foot Soup?

Ghastly gives 344 less Magicka than Lava Foot gives Stamina. Combined with 34 recovery less, I feel like there is a rationale behind it, but I do not see it.
As a comparison, Witchmothers Potent Brew and Dubious Camoran Throne give exactly the same ressources. So it is clear that these holiday foods and drinks are intended to work in tandem. Two sides of the same coin.
Can anyone explain that?

✭✭✭✭✭If I had to guess, it's likely a holdover from when Bright-Throats and Bone Pirate were meta. Back then, drinks were inherently stronger than regular food because they could be used with these sets, so ZOS went on a kick for a while nerfing Drinks.

1. Minor magickasteal exists, but there's no equivalent for stamina.
2. Magicka is only used for skills, while stamina is also used for sprint/sneak/roll dodge/block.

I also think it is because ghastly eye bowl is a drink buff and can be used with bright-throat and bone pirate. Both sets were more stat dense than sets requiring food buff or without condition while drink buffs are less stat-dense than food-buffs.
