If achievements are first earned by a character that is later deleted, are those achievements affected?

I’m glad TaSheen covered the character specific element.
I find the search function on these forums completely useless. I always google search terms along with “site:forums.elderscrollsonline.com” - it’s not flawless but I’ve found it much more useful to find relevant and recent items.5 -
