Just to nerf

It amazes me that they created so many themes to nerf skills or entire classes. If your class is worse than another class, then you immediately write to nerf the class so that it is equal to yours. What kind of attitude is this to the game that every year I only see that nerfs and nerfs. I rarely see classes improve. Pvp is getting worse and worse every year, old skills are not added or improved. Dk is the strongest of all? Let's nerf. Nb is the strongest? Let's nerf. Did the warden have an adequate heal? Let's nerf. all that remains is the streak of the sorcerer and the finishing off of the templar so that you all find yourself where the necromancer is now. Think about it a little. What will these nerfs give you?

You won't get anything from this. Every class has a twist. If you take it away from dk and nb, I will complain that the streak and finishing off the templar would be nerfed. What would be honest. So that you all find yourself in that swamp that my class is a necromancer.

Probably tentacles next. They do too much for the skill. Damage, immobilization, healing, finishing, and create the mark of the arcanist. gameplay through two tentacles and the beam pisses me off a bit. And I'm sure he will be one of the first to be nerfed..

So strong and simple build that every second one uses it. Each first one is used by duals. Here are the two main builds...

Happens all the time. Op's post is accurate. Too many players get killed by "XYZ" class or skills and next thing you know they are on the Forum making complaints about dying to "XYZ" and posting "NERF NERF NERF XYZ!!!" over and over.

There is no such thing as "balance" in PVP and there never will be. Balance would be that when you zone in to a PVP area every single character has the exact same gear, skills, food, mundus, etc. and even then it would not be "balanced" because of people's PC's, Ping, skill level etc.

Then once the nerf hammer comes down on "XYZ" the player base moves to the next class that still has some fun playing and the cycle is repeated: "I was killed by ZYZ, It's too strong! Please NERF!!". And ZOS complies.

This ruins PVE continuously and has driven so many people from the game. The only "Balance" I want to see is PVP and PVE completely separated.

Nerfs is normal in every games. Problem become when one thing is nerfed too many times without any reasons.

Nerf what though? Their offensive skills already suck in PvP.
Tentacles don't do enough damage to be a spammable. It's used mostly for the CC and Crux generation for impervious ward.
I don't even use any fatecarver. Just Lethal arrow and poison injection buffed with swamp raider. Sheer venom and weakness to elements for pressure. Toxic Barrage for ultimate.
Arcanist doesn't even have a good ultimate.

Lucky for me they're buffing bow next patch.

for DK need to cut only corrosive armor, up to 35% ignore, instead of full 100%, because completely ignoring resistances under crits and a bunch of ticking dots with a charged whip is too much, plus the skill itself gives more DK resistances and additional damage from the skill itself, this is too inadequate, I agree that there is no need to nerf something that already works fine, and thereby weaken classes, it is desirable to give buffs to everyone, but on the condition that this does not give the player god mode, cause even with a 35% cutoff of resistance, there are still sets for cutting off armor, minor major breach, as well as standard 8-10k penetration, which in combination will allow cutting armor to a minimum value, even without special sets, but at least it will be left at some value so that it can at least somehow protect, even after nerfing corrosive armor it will remain strong, and in principle, I will not mind if it remains further at this level, but without the godmod button, in my understanding, everything that cannot be countered by another class or skill of the player should be nerfed, isn't that reasonable?

People want balance and spot the unbalanced skills, sets ect. and want them addressed. People are good too speak up. Its up to developers on how address feedback. About necromancers many have made posts they need improvements its not as black and white as you imply here. 99% of the pvp players base want balance and where every class played well can win. If there are classes that even played badly simply win because of overloaded skills or are too easy to achieve high dmg and survivability then its good people speak up its also important that underperforming is being discussed they can work together no problem.

    No I'm not.
    Their offensive skills suck.
Needs a buff. Only offensive thing they have that doesn't suck is their stun. It's probably the only reason they can hit anybody.
Shouldn't require Crux to achieve its max damage.
I don't even use a Crux spender skill.
All my Crux goes to impervious runeward.

I was dueling another arcanist in Auridon yesterday and they couldn't even touch me with that beam.
I just DoT him to death.
