PC/EU: No notification popups for today's (24th July) maintenance

These forums mention a 5 hour maintenance for PC/Mac EU/NA, but the ESO steam launcher and ESO itself are missing the usual notification popup warning players about it. This is pretty unusual, particularly since the maintenance starts in 3 hours, so I thought I'd mention it.

Just started ESO via the Steam launcher again, and still no notification popup, and the maintenance (according to this forum, anyway) is just over 1 hour away.

Yes, I just checked the launcher after seeing your post, and it also has it now. They're certainly cutting it fine today.

I can't explain it. I normally get the popup in the launcher and in game about a day before also, but this time it didn't appear until less than 1 hour before the maintenance started.

I checked at two hours before, starting the launcher (non-Steam) by itself after closing the game, and saw no pop-up or announcement either.

Maybe they didn't want to scare off the new players? "Oh, no, a popup saying there's going to be maintenance in 3 hours, I'd better log off right now!" No need to worry about wrapping up our gameplay sessions and logging off until 15 minutes or so before maintenance.
