✭✭✭All in the name of balance. I just wish the balance corrections were applied to arcanist, especially those ridiculously bright lighting effects. 1- yes, there are probably even less than 10 sets on 80+% of builds now
2-most solo players were hard core and relied on stable performance issues. Many left with U35 along with most of the end game PvE raid groups.
3- sweaty zerg groups are indestructible and dominate, and that's an attractive play style for a portion of the PvP population
4- Good question. NB's don't need buffs, they already have the most complete tool kit in the game. What NB's need is a ramping cost for cloak or the inability to cloak while in combat.0
